Legal basis of the raffle

New Year’s Eve Special: Stay + New Year’s Welcome (Rooftop Sparkle: New Year 2026) for 2 people.

Organizing company

The organizing entity of this draw is Hotel Reverón Plaza, belonging to Hoteles Reverón S.A. (VAT number: A38104022), located in Los Cristianos, Arona, Tenerife, and contact email plaza@reveron.info.

The raffle takes place on the official Instagram profile @hotelreveronplaza.

The present draw is not sponsored, administered or associated with Instagram, so this social network is completely exempt from any responsibility.

Purpose of the draw

The objective of the raffle is to promote the activity and services of the Hotel Reverón Plaza and encourage community interaction on social networks.

Territorial and temporal scope

The drawing will be valid in national territory (Spain).

Participation will be open from the date of publication of the draw until December 9, 2025 at 23:59 (Canary Islands time).

The winner will be notified within a maximum of 48 hours after the draw closes.

Participation requirements

All individuals who meet the following requirements may participate.

  • Being over 18 years old.
  • Have a real profile on Instagram.
  • Fulfill all mandatory actions described in the mechanics of the draw.
Employees of Grupo Reverón and individuals directly linked to the organization of the draw will not be able to participate.
The organizing entity reserves the right to exclude fraudulent participations, suspicious automated accounts, profiles intended only for giveaways, or any behavior that alters the normal functioning of the contest.

Participation mechanics

To participate, users must perform the following actions on Instagram:

  • Follow the official account @hotelreveronplaza
  • Like the giveaway post
  • Comment indicating with whom you would live this very special night
  • (Optional) Share the post on stories to get an additional entry

Only the entries made during the valid period of the draw will be counted.

Selection of the winner

The winner will be chosen randomly using a certified selection tool (such as AppSorteos, Sortea2, Comment Picker or another similar one).

The organization will verify that the winner meets all established requirements.

If the conditions are not met, a new winner will be selected.

Prize

The winner will receive an End of Year Bonus for 2 people, which includes:

  • 1 night stay (accommodation and breakfast) at Hotel Reverón Plaza.
  • Welcome New Year (Rooftop Sparkle: New Year 2026) for 2 people. Prize conditions
  • The prize is valid exclusively for December 31, 2025 (or the date indicated by the hotel)
  • It is not exchangeable for cash or other products or services.
  • It is not transferable.
  • The winner must confirm the acceptance of the prize within a maximum period of 72 hours from communication via direct message.
  • In case of not receiving a response within said deadline, the hotel reserves the right to assign the prize to another participant.

Winner notification

The winner will be publicly announced through stories on the Instagram profile @hotelreveronplaza and contacted via direct message from the official account.

Hotel Reverón Plaza will never ask for banking information or sensitive data.

Protection of personal data

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), participants are informed of the following:
  • The personal data provided will be used exclusively to manage the drawing and delivery of the prize.
  • The data controller is Hotel Reverón Plaza - Grupo Reverón.
  • The data will not be transferred to third parties except for legal obligations or the need for prize management.
  • Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability by sending an email to plaza@reveron.info.
  • Participation in the raffle implies authorization to publish the winner's username on social media in order to announce the results.

Acceptance of the terms

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

The organization reserves the right to modify the conditions, postpone or cancel the raffle for justified reasons, always without harming the participants.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These rules are governed by Spanish legislation.

For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
