Legal basis of the raffle
Organizing company
The organiser of this prize draw is Hotel Reverón Plaza, part of Hoteles Reverón S.A. (Tax ID No.: A38104022), with registered office at C. Juan Reveron Sierra, 2, 38650 Los Cristianos, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and contact email reveronplaza@hotelesreveron.com
The prize draw is taking place on the official Instagram profile @hotelreveronplaza.
This prize draw is not sponsored, administered or associated with Instagram, and therefore that social media platform is fully exempt from any liability.
Purpose of the draw
The aim of the prize draw is to promote the activities, facilities and experiences offered by the Hotel Reverón Plaza, as well as to encourage interaction and raise the brand’s profile on social media.
Territorial and temporal scope
Any individual aged 18 or over who is legally resident in any country on the European continent is eligible to enter this prize draw. The prize does not cover transport costs, flights, airport taxes or transfers to the hotel; these will be borne entirely by the winner.
Duration
Entries will be accepted from 19 May until 26 May at 11.59 pm (Canary Islands time).
The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the draw closing.
Participation requirements
The competition is open to all individuals who meet the following requirements:
Be aged 18 or over.
Have a genuine Instagram profile.
Fully comply with the mandatory steps described in the competition rules.
Employees of Hoteles Reverón and anyone directly involved in organising the competition are not eligible to enter.
The organising body reserves the right to exclude fraudulent entries, suspicious accounts or any behaviour that disrupts the normal running of the prize draw.
Participation mechanics
To participate, users must perform the following actions on Instagram:
- Follow the official account @hotelreveronplaza
- Like the giveaway post
- Comment indicating with whom you would live this very special night
- (Optional) Share the post on stories to get an additional entry
Only the entries made during the valid period of the draw will be counted.
Selection of the winner
The winner will be chosen at random using a certified selection tool (AppSorteos, Sortea2, Comment Picker or similar).
The organisers will verify that the winner meets all the specified requirements.
Should the winner fail to meet the conditions or be unable to claim the prize, up to two additional runners-up will be selected and contacted in the order in which they were drawn.
Prize
The winner will receive a stay for two people, including:
- Two nights’ accommodation at the Hotel Reverón Plaza on a bed and breakfast (B&B) basis
- Access to all hotel facilities
- Access to and enjoyment of the events organised on the rooftop during the stay.
Prize conditions:
- The prize is subject to hotel availability and dates agreed in advance with the organisers.
- The prize corresponds to the highest accommodation package offered by the hotel, which is bed and breakfast.
- It is not exchangeable for cash or for other products or services.
- It is not transferable to third parties.
- The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within a maximum of 48 hours of notification.
If no response is received within this period or if the winner is unable to take up the prize, the hotel reserves the right to award it to one of the designated runners-up.
Winner notification
The winner will be announced publicly via the stories on the @hotelreveronplaza Instagram profile and contacted via direct message.
Hotel Reverón Plaza will never ask for bank details or sensitive information.
Protection of personal data
- The personal data provided will be used exclusively to manage the drawing and delivery of the prize.
- The data controller is Hotel Reverón Plaza – Hoteles Reverón.
- The data will not be transferred to third parties except for legal obligations or the need for prize management.
- Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability by sending an email to plaza@reveron.info.
- Participation in the raffle implies authorization to publish the winner's username on social media in order to announce the results.
Acceptance of the terms
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

The Hotel Reverón Plaza accepts no liability for:
Technical faults, connection issues or malfunctions on Instagram
Entries that have not been registered correctly
Misuse of the prize by the winner
Instagram is hereby fully exempt from any liability.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
