Under no circumstances will payment be refunded. Adults-only hotel (considered adults from age 14). Check-in and check-out times: Check-in from 14:00 and Check-out until 12:00.

Once the reservation is made, you will receive an email within a maximum period of 24 hours at the email address provided in the form, where the reservation will be confirmed.

In the case of gift voucher purchases, once the order is placed, it must be confirmed with the CONTINUE button.
